Talent and performance co-ordinators required

Six vacancies to cover the following six areas: Dorset and Somerset, Shropshire and Staffordshire, Nottinghamshire and Lincolnshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and Berkshire and Herefordshire,Worcestershire and Gloucestershire.

The LTA's objective is to get more juniors across the country competing regularly, more 12 - 18 year olds on track for the top and more British tennis players into the Top 100 - winning the major tournaments and slams.

Help us get talented young players from your part of the country onto a winning path and bring on Britain?s future tennis champions.

We're looking for experienced professional coaches with proven track records in identifying and bringing on young talent (7-10 years) ? who understand children, the pressures they?ll face and the inputs required to prepare them physically, mentally, technically and tactically for competition at elite level.

Application deadline: 21 October 2007 (for Oxfordshire and Berkshire and Herefordshire,Worcestershire and Gloucestershire the application deadline is 28 October 2007).

Interviews: in the weeks commencing 29 October and 5 November 2007.
